may gamot po ba sa Almoranas? 38 weeks preggy. mahilig ako sa saging. kaya ngaun nahirapan ako ilabas pupu ko hanggang nafeel ko na lumabas almoranas ko. hirap ako umupo. ano po pwede inumin?

    Do not take any medicine. ako meron po akong internal hemorrhoids at para normal pag dumi ko mas madami akong kumain ng green leafy vegetables than rice. lalo na nung preggy po ako. saka more water and yogurt
