are u more thirsty during pregnant

I feel thirsty everyday. Not sure why. But stomach bloated so can only sip by bit. Bowel still OK everyday maybe I drink vitagen everyday but is very small lumps. Which indicates heaty I think. 2nd tri towards end. Anyone same as me? 3rd tri will b worst I heard. ...
