Pray po mommy.. Have someone na makakausap mo about it. Your husband, parents, siblings or close friends. You may also try to consult professionals for depression. Be strong po mommy hindi biro ang depression. I'm still fighting it pa din til now

opo mommy nakakausap ko naman sila kaso bgla minsan i feel so alone po. 😢 thank u sa advices mommy, kaya natin to 😇🙏
