vomitings due to phlegm

I feel like something stuck in my throat and end up with vomiting. Always having phlegm in my throat which makes me gag. Is there any remedy for excessive phlegm? TIA

Please consult doctor. Even I had the same problem during my 3rd month. They gave me nerve injection twice. Then it cured.
