2 cups of instant coffee a day

I feel guilty drinking 2 cups of instant coffee a day. But I can't help it. Will this have a serious effect on my baby? Please share your thoughts

Base from an article I read here in #TAP. Possible effects are stillbirth and obesity. So if you can avoid drinking coffee or cut it down to 1 cup a day

Scary :( I started drinking coffee last 2 weeks only because I read an article that it's okay.
