I take fish oil, multivits and calcium only. Some days I forget and don’t eat, I will get leg cramps while I sleep. Shared this w my gynae, thinking it’s the multivits and she told me it’s actually because of the calcium tablets. I tested it out and seems to be accurate! Haha. I guess my body really needs the calcium supps.
its better to consume real food compare to supplement unless your doctor suggest otherwise, mindful that some supplements provide more than what the body need, if you are unsure, consult 2nd opinion with nutrision
My hospital is private too and i take multi vitamins + fish oil & calcium only!
