I eat spicy food with coke at 11pm and I pump out my milk at 3.30am. Must i throw away the milk or I can feed my LO with the milk?

Yes it is absolutely ok. But u also gota keep a lookout and see if there is any allergic reaction to it. Like some babies have some intolerance for spicy food. Some are ok
