Alcohol during pregnancy

I drank alcohol a couple of times (3 times) because I did not know I was pregnant. Will this affect the Baby’s development? Currently 9 weeks.

Naku. Ako isang litro empe at red horse naubos namin nun sis. Dko dn alam na preggy ako. Hopefully okay si baby. nagdedevelop palang. take your folic acid

Thank you! Gusto ko na talaga magpacheck up kaso natakot rin ako pumunta sa hospital nang dahil sa covid.
