i drank 3 cups of beer, the small cup for beer that look like shot glass. how long do i need to wait till i can pump and feed baby

I will wait even longer than three hours to be on safe side I will probably wait 5 hours But I’m more kiasu lol

just pump and throw the first 3 hours milk after u drink
