I am down with fever at 38.3. Took 2 Panadols. I am exclusively pumping. Can I still continue to pump and feed LO?

Yes, you can take paracetamol. Only a small amount gets into your breastmilk and it's unlikely to harm your baby.

yes you can! Normal panadols are safe for breastfeeding mummies
