Toxic Dad

I just don't know what to do. Napakatoxic ng partner ko towards our kids - 6yo and 11mos baby. Whenever makulit ang kids he would shout at them, badmouth them, tsaka palo or pitik kay bunso. Napag-awayan na namin ito couple of times pero ganun parin siya.
