Baby refusing milk

I don’t know what to do.. I’ve tried everything. Baby is 11 months and only drinking less than 300 mls a day. She prefers food I guess she eats well.. but milk? I thought it was teething but she has been refusing for almost 2 months now.. she’s not sick either.. any reason why?
