Hey mamas, I am thinking about cosleeping with my child and was thinking of sustainable way to do it. I have a spare queen size bed, should I buy the bed frames and have baby sleep in there with me? Other alternatives to maternity milk

Hi mamas, I am expecting my 2nd child and 5 months pregnant. I use to love milk and I have been drinking milk and maternity milk for my first child. However during my second pregnancy any mill related stuff caused me inbearable bloats even till now. Is there any other alternatives to get nutrients to myself and my child? Baby poor apetite
