Most importantly is to ensure your body recovers. Do not rush into having a new baby until you are both physically and emotionally ready. I went thru the similar event as you, I lost my baby 2 weeks after finding. It was devastating but I’m glad my husband was very supportive the entire time. I hope you will go thru this soon.
