How do you handle negative thoughts

I decided to stop working ever since I got pregnant, and now I feel like I’m a ‘financial burden’ to my partner because I can’t contribute. I want to work naman pero medyo maselan ako magbuntis, and to be honest, gusto ko sana na ako mag-aalaga sa anak ko and I’m not sure if I’m ready to work kahit work from home. Malaki naman sahod ni partner, afford naman namin na hindi ako mag work pero part of me pakiramdam na nahihirapan sya so I have to do something. Daming negative thoughts na pumapasok sa isip ko, hindi ko alam paano gagawin. #advicepls #firsttimemom #FTM #firstbaby

Felt the same and what helped me is praying and telling what I felt sa partner ko. I wanted to hear it from him mismo kasi na it's okay and that i'm doing great. Hindi ganun kadali magbuntis at manganak mii. Iniiyak ko pa sa kanya kapag ganyan nafefeel ko. We undergo a lot of physical, emotional and mental changes while carrying a life inside us. Another challenge nanaman din yan paglabas ni baby. Your husband's job is to provide and your job is to nurture your baby at 24/7 job yan mii. I suggest na sabihin mo yan kay partner and pray narin to clear your thoughts. ☺️

Agree ako mii, bka po dala lang ito ng pgbubuntis kaya may mga nega thoughts at mej sensitive. But tama si mommie, talk to your husband po pra mareassure ka sa feelings mopo at pra gumaan ung loob mo.
