Breastfeeding while pregnant

I am currently in my third trimester, is it safe to continue breasfeeding my firstborn who is only 15 months now? as ive started to feel stronger contraction everytime my baby latch

What I’ve heard is, it’s better to stop BF as you will feel contraction and will trigger into labour. But also ask your gynae. For some of my friend they stop BF as they don’t want to go in early labour.
