Neutrogena, is it SAFE?

I am a loyal consumer of Neutrogena (Acne - Prone Skin) since young and now that I am pregnant, currently in my 1st trimester. Is it safe to continue using it?

Look out for salicylic acid. If I’m not wrong this is not safe
