Hi, I am currently 38 weeks and just this evening I felt the pressure to my down below as if the baby may drop out.. Does not have the tearing pain but the strong pressure.. This is my 2nd child, the first child was induced for natural birth so I am not sure what are the sign to look out for Labour.. No sign of water bag burst nor the mucus plug that I read online..
