Hi, I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and EDD on 13 Nov and my gynae started my hospital leave because my job is more strenuous and I have been experiencing pain when getting up/down or bending up/down.
My company seemed very surprised by this and I am wondering if this is a norm? When did your gynae start your hospitalisation leave?
