Detect heartbeat at 5 weeks

Hi can I check whether is it possible to detect a heartbeat at 5+ weeks? I'm traveling so I wanted to confirm my pregnancy first and it's my 3rd pregnancy.

FYI I am based in singapore. I went for a transvaginal scan when I was 5 weeks + 6 days and I was able to hear my baby’s heartbeat ❤️
