Detect heartbeat at 5 weeks
Hi can I check whether is it possible to detect a heartbeat at 5+ weeks? I'm traveling so I wanted to confirm my pregnancy first and it's my 3rd pregnancy.

it’s possible depending on how developed your baby is at this point. i recently had my first transvaginal ultrasound at 5weeks +. I could see the sac and hear the heartbeat. If its still too small might not hear the heartbeat though and some clinics won’t be able do that. Need to check with your gynae.
