hi soon-to-be-mummy! would recommend you to bring your own pad as the one they provide is the tie around the waist kind, not the stick to a panty kind. I brought my own night time pads and disposable panty to wear as soon as I could stand up. there are bedroom slippers, the same kind that hotels provide. I recommend also bringing your own binder to provide your midsection some support when you get discharged cos you'll realise your core muscles are all stretched apart and non-existent liao :p and if you are able to find YouTube videos yourself on how to wear your pumps, i recommend you figure it out at home slowly after u discharge. cos there will be alot of things to bring back from the hospital including baby, so you may want to pack as light as possible. for my firstborn, I brought my pumps but it was too inconvenient for me to sit upright and use them so the lactation consultant just broadly describe what to look out for. so recently for my second born I didn't even bring the pumps haha so heavy also!

EVERYTHING they used for you is included in your bill (under your mummy package). Nothing is free from slippers all the way to hand sanitizers. I personally would recommend bringing one Kotex overnight panties for discharge cause maternity pads are really uncomfy 🥲. I only used them during my stay cause got nurses to change for me haha… (I gave birth at TMC.)

1 packet of maternity pads provided. Bring breast pump so lacation consultant can teach you how to use. Also bring handphone charger with long cable. Slippers i wear my own to the hospital. You won't be walking around much, so no need to bring alot of things.

Yes for both. 1 pack of maternity pad, need to pay if need extra.

gave birth last week. yes both are provided.
