I will suggest only mix those vegetable/fruit that you have already introduced to your child previously and know there is no know allergic reaction. If you are introducing new food, it will still be good to give it neat so that it is easier for you to identify what is the cause of the reaction. This is especially important if you have allergic history in your family.
