Smoking till week 7 pregnancy

I been smoking and drinking and just found out i am pregnant for 7 weeks. Doctor just started to prescribe folic acid now 🥺 Am i gonna be okay? It was an unplanned pregnancy but me and my partner has plans to keep it.

Baby will be ok ☺️ I was a smoker too when I found out I am pregnant. Immediately quit for the sake of a healthy pregnancy. 3rd trimester now.

I think about 6 weeks? I missed my menses for 2 weeks before I got a BFP then got my 1st pre natal appt 4 weeks later when I was 10 weeks pregnant
