Dropping middle of the night feed

May I ask how mummies drop the middle of the night feed. My baby is almost 13 months but still wakes up at about 2 am and 6 am for milk. Some good days he is awake at 4 am drink milk and sleep till 7.30am.. other day he will need to take the 6am feed to continue his sleep.
