Arabin Pessary and Cervical Length

Hi... I am on arabin pessary since week15. Just wanna know if anyone can answer me, after the insertion of arabin pessary, is the cervical length still a concern to us? As in shud i be worry if d length is on shorter side? #Pregnancy20Weeks
