Generally, it is best to contact your doctor if you noticed a decrease in fetal movements. There is a possibility that you may have missed it. Try lying on your left side (with support under your bump) for two hours, stay still and focus on your baby’s movements. This will minimize any distractions and help you focus on your baby's movement. You can try the following to encourage your baby to move: - Have snack, lie down and relax. There is a possibility that your baby may just be asleep while you are moving around. Relaxing and having something to eat may wake him/her, increasing the chances of him/her moving. - Have a cold drink. The change in temperature will be felt by your baby and he/she will try to move away from it. - Make some noise and see if he/she responds.

I am 24 weeks pregant now and some days my baby is not as active too and I find the reasons for this are: - I was running errands and too busy to notice baby's movement - my baby is probably sleeping when I am trying to feel him - baby might switch his position where the kicks are harder to notice (as baby's size is still quite small and can move around freely) If you are really worried when baby is lacking of movement, please consult your gynae immediately. After you have entered into 3rd trimester, it is the time you need to time the fetal movements. http://www.countthekicks.org/how-to-count-the-kicks/

Please use the fetal movement chart to track your fetal movements instead of going by feel. Sometimes, it is difficult to feel your fetus move when you are active. Fetal movements are best felt when sitting down or lying on your back. Log your fetus's movements from 9am to 9pm. Any hiccup, squirm, kick or punch counts as a movement. If your baby has made less than 10 movements per day for two consecutive days, you have to contact your gynae. https://www.kkh.com.sg/HealthPedia/Pages/PregnancyDuringCountToTenFetalMovementChart.aspx https://www.kkh.com.sg/HealthPedia/Documents/Count_To_Ten_Fetal_Movement_Chart.pdf

during 22 weeks old baby likely sleep or resting a lot.. try to wake him up by talking and touch ur belly.. but if u still worried u can refer the doctor.. basicly the bby movement counting on 28weeks above.. by then if it doesn't move like 10 movements a day u should be worried.

Don't worry, your baby is probably resting after he's all too tired out from all the moving about. Try to find his pattern, my son was quiet during the day and moved around so much at night that I had troubles sleeping

jangan risau.. mgkin baby u cuba menyesuaikan diri dengan jadual berjaga n tidurnya.. apa2pun, kalau ada rasa sebarang kelainan, better refer pada pakar...

thanks
