sleeping habit
I always sleep late and it became worst when I got pregnant, my bed time is usually around 1am-2am. Is it okay for my baby? I'm 33 weeks pregnant. tysm ❤

Some pregnant mom struggles sleeping especially at night. Try doing something, anything during the day, that way it would help you fall asleep easier at night (if your body is active during daytime).
Actually hnd dw mgnda sa baby ang lging puyat same as me. Pro mgndang gwin is mtulog any time of the day pra mgkron ka ng energy.
