Accidentally ate cheese 30 minutes after obimin

Hi mamas, have anyone accidentally ate cheese 30 mins after obimin..??? I totally forgot to ensure the 2 hrs apart... will anything happen??? I start to feel bloated and uneasy.... will it harm baby??..

is it because of the iron content? just that if we take calcium, then i’ll knock off the iron. i’ve been taking obimin with calcium.. lol.. dammit
