8 week subchorionic hematoma

I am 8 week. Bleeding bright red this morning. Then turn into dark brown bleeding. Few days ago i had a scan, dr says their is residual.bleeding inside which i believe is subchorionic hematoma?! Today, she prescribed me duphaston 10mg 2 tabs morning 2 tabs night. Is anyone experiencing this? I am very depressed.
