I totally understand how you feel. You can read up about the warning signs to look out for - smelly discharge which may indicate an infection, bleeding, sharp pain, that's when you may need to actively seek out a gynae help. Otherwise it is pretty boring and there is no milestone to look out for until the next scheduled appointment. I always go into the appointment mentally prepared for the worst as I feel uneasy like you do, although I'm actually low risk, the growth is on target and heartbeat is strong. I think I'll be more at ease when I can start counting kicks. I've had no puking, no bloat, cravings or constipation throughout, just lethargy certain days and a bump that started showing at W14. It's a long 9 months, let go of control and don't overthink it, a lot of things going on in the tummy is on autopilot and beyond our control. I think the best we can do is have faith in baby and don't sabotage his/her growth with a bad diet. Hang in there!

Hi! I only had swollen boobs and mild nausea (went away after I took diclectin for a month ) since I found out my about my pregnancy at week 7. Baby is growing well and I had no symptoms until I enter mid trim 2 where my frequent discharge, backaches, migraines all come together. Don’t stress yourself too much, just look forward to every scans to see bb and his/her heartbeat :) I’m currently at week 26+5 and I feel like I as tho I have a heater in me 😖 normal body temp, just feeling very very hot.
