Worried mom!

Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant. i am having a little bit blood constantly for 4 days. I already went to the doctor for a checkup, she gave me some medicine to take cos they also found infection in mu urine. Just wanna know if there’s anyone has experience like this? How are you now , what did you do , how’s the baby? . Thank you
