Unable to find baby's heartbeat

Hi ladies. I went for my first prenatal checkup at 7 weeks 5 days. When my Gynae did a pelvic scan when she couldn't locate baby via ultrasound. She found my baby too small and unable to detect the heartbeat. I was so worried. Gynae gave me hormone tablets to aid in baby's growth, calcium and folic acid and to see her back in 10 days time. She did mentioned, of course, the worse scenario, which all mums wouldn't want to hear. I'm so worried. Has anyone encounter this experience before? Thank you 🥺
