Conceive Well

I am 4 wks pregnant. Is it ok to still continue eating conceive well? Any side effects? I still have 1 mths supply, don't know if the nutrients is better than no supplements at all.

If the supplement is for pregnancy, you may continue. If you still have doubt, best check with your doctor
