Csect/ Normal(induced)

Hi, I am at 37 weeks now and baby is 3kg. Doc gave a choice to Csect or go for normal with induced however consequences of normal is excessive vagina tearing or baby shoulder might not pass because apparently his head is the normal size but body a bit too big. Baby head is facing downwards. What are ur suggestions mummies? What other things do I have to consider?
