I am 36 weeks pregnant. I do walking exercise every morning I do it for 30 minutes everyday and then after that medju sumasakit yung tyan ko. Then pag umpo naman ulit ako at nag rerelax nawawala din naman. Is it normal?

Normal naman po pero wag masyado mag exercise kasi dapat 38 weeks onward ka po manganak.
