Maternity benefits

I am 31weeks pregnant and still working, ask ko lang po kung tama po ba na pilitin ako magresign ni company right before my maternity leave then reapply after manganak? Wala po ba sila naviviolate don? Thank you po.

bawal po yan. sabihin mo tumawag kana sa DOLE at nag advise sila na bawal yung sinasabi nila sayo. for sure titiklop yan

yun yung makukuha mo sa company nyo aside from SSS mat benefit. Salary differential refers to the difference that shall be shouldered by the employer when the actual cash benefit received from the Social Security System (SSS) is less than the full pay or full salary of the female employee during the duration of the maternity leave.
