Candid v1 29w pregnant

Hi. I am 29 weeks pregnant and baru dapat candid v1 ni. My doctor tak cakap apa-apa whether can use pessary or not but bila tengok review ramai cakap pregnant woman should use fingers instead. Is it safe to use the pessary or better guna jari ja? #1stimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp #pregnancy
