Is ear pain related to pregnancy?

Hi, I will be 23weeks tomorrow, for the past 2weeks I've been dealing with ear pain. The first week was on my left ear, then right ear this week. I can't sleep. I've been sleeping on either left or right side, I have high pain tolerance but now, I cannot take it. Any home remedies please? I'll try to go to the hospital on Thursday. I just want to sleep tonight. I feel helpless. Is there anyone here who has the same experience? Is it related to pregnancy? Thanks in advance. -FTM
