I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?
it is called Braxton Hicks contractions, it usually goes away po, Mamsh. You can still do whatever you are doing just take note that it should not be any strenous activities.
