Tightness on tummy after long walks

Yeah, first experience I had this tummy tightness esp when I walk alot or active at work. I will explain to doctor as "tummy crunches/tightness" but this will happened for short minutes. Nothing serious as long as not long pain like contractions.

Yes i always experience that or even cramps when i walk for too long.
