Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks pregnant. Been having these tightness around tummy rather regularly. Can I still go about doing whatever it is inwas doing or is it an indication I have to rest?

eat lng po more protein momshie..ganun din sa first born ko..sabi nang OB sakin, your baby is to small,you should eat more protein ☺️
