dizziness

I am 21 week pregnant. Now I am feeling dizziness after eating sugary products like murmura, chocolate , biscuits etc. What can I do? I want to eat sugar but after that am feeling very low. How it is occurring?

You know that sugary or carby stuffs causes insulin to rise up... And carbs never fill u up.. you need to eat nutrient dense foods that are low in sugar but filling.. Try some fiber rich food,proteins and fats... and I would say sugary foods might lead to diabetes in pregnancy...so limiting consumption would be better.

U are probably have diabetes. Even if have not had it before but might occur in pregnancy it is known as gestational diabetes. Please check with ur doctor.
