First Time Momma

Hello! I am 20 years old and 18 weeks pregnant. Hindi ko po alam if kakayanin ko po, me and my boyfriend are both financially unstable na tipong pang check up ko wala ako and I don't know how to say the right words para sabihin sa tatay ko na buntis ako. I want to give my child a good life but hindi ko pa ito mabibigay ngayon. I know it's also both our fault for doing something we are not prepared for.
