Husband support - just started new job

My husband just started his new job three weeks ago and will not be getting any paternity leave as I’m due in two weeks. He has been working 730am to 8pm and while I really want to support him, I’m getting more anxious now as baby will be popping anytime soon. He’s usually very tired and will just zone out after work. We had the initial plan that he will take no-pay leave during the first month. Seems like his boss had actually fought for him to get leave and has suggested that he use some of the prorated leave to take just two weeks, and can consider either work-from-office / work-from-home for the rest. I did initially agree with the idea but after seeing how it is the past two weeks…..I’m now worried. I do still hope that he will still be hands on and not just pass things to myself or our newly-hired (and yet to arrive) helper. Anyone has any suggestions how I can overcome these feelings of uncertainty and anxiety? :(
