Stay-in Nanny

Question

My husband is really worried about me once our baby is born. He usually works from home but there will be times Ill be left at home. I wonder if meron kayong ma share na experiences about having a stay-in helper and how much salary youve been giving? I prefer cooking our meals and preparing my husbands clothes for his meetings. Magaan lang magiging trabaho ng helper kung sakali, just clean and help me look after the child. #advicepls #firstbaby #sharingiscaring #1stimemom

Im a Stay at home mom. Magisa lang ako naiiwan with my baby. Before covid, everyday pa pumapasok si hubby and kami lang ni baby naiiwan sa house. What I do is I babywear (carrier) while cooking, cleaning. Pero iba iba kasi tayo. Advice ko lang po yan since mahirap humanap ng kasambahay ngayon plus the pandemic.

I'm contemplating on this too. However gusto ko pa rin marinig opinion ng other moms na may helper.
