sterilizing parts for breast pump

How to sterilize breast pump parts in office? (No sterilizer at office). Is using dish detergent, then followed by hot water rinse sufficient? I am planning to pump twice so am wondering washing as described is sufficient..

prepare 2 sets of the parts, or else buy those portable sterilizer, or microwave sterilizer bag also can if your office have microwave
