On the scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the most painful, how would you rate your period cramps?

Got to take naproxen as Panadol didn’t work. On few occasions, I was rushed to clinic/A&E for injection plus I was on the verge of fainting. Hope it doesn’t happen again as I heard period pain gets better after childbirth.

fortunately for me, i don’t really experience cramps, so i’ll give it a 1. i also try to avoid cold or cooling drinks or foods

For me, exercising helps decrease the occurrence of cramps. I used to get really bad ones and would take naproxen

It can be really bad at times. But it's not just the cramps, the lethargy & the overall low energy.. ...

When i was in teenage it’s unbaree I can give 5, but now after delivery but controlled

It can go to a 3 at times, and my stomach would feel very uncomfortable and bloated

Used to be a 5 when I first had my period, but thankfully it’s getting better now

Not bad at all ever since I took TCM for a period of time when I was younger

For me, I'll only get uncomfortable cramps for first 2 days of period.
