Once only, throughout the whole pregnancy. Once pregnancy is confirmed through transv, your next ultrasounds will be regular ultrasounds on your lower abdominal area. Colds can go away on its own through drinking tons of water even if it is not medicated. You can ask for your husband's help when taking medications to avoid being dependent again. Hope this helps. š
