How much popcorn should I give my girls, who are 4 and (almost) 2 years old? My kids love popcorn and can finish a whole bag in one sitting if we don't monitor.

Omg!!!! That's a lot. I would give maybe at the most a small bowl of it. Dont want them to end up coughing.
